First4Figures today unveiled brand new statues of fan favourite Shadow the Hedgehog, planned to be released in the second quarter of 2022.
As the latest installments in the Sonic the Hedgehog modern lineup, “Super Shadow” and “Shadow the Hedgehog: Chaos Control” came with two variants each: a standard edition available at select retailers, and an exclusive edition on the official First4Figures website. The latter is equipped with LED lights for the sparks and effects surrounding the hedgehog.
The manufacturer also confirmed that fans can save approximately $45 USD (or $60 USD via the Combo Edition) by taking advantage of the “early bird” promotion, which will run from 6 to 21 July.
Super Shadow
The “Super Shadow” statue in standard or exclusive flavours can be pre-ordered for $529 USD, excluding taxes and shipping. Fans using the “early bird” promotion before 21 July can pre-order it for $484 USD.
The concept for this statue is inspired by the final boss battle in Sonic Adventure 2, when Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic the Hedgehog team up to face the Finalhazard. It is during this encounter that we see Shadow the Hedgehog in his Super State for the very first time.

Meanwhile, the “Chaos Control” statue, a resin collectable in either standard or exclusive flavours, can be pre-ordered for $529 USD, excluding taxes and shipping. Fans using the “early bird” promotion before 21 July can pre-order it for $484 USD.
The concept for this statue is inspired by the Final Rush stage of Sonic Adventure 2, which is the last stage in the game just before facing the final boss. The design of the upper half of the base is from the Final Rush stage itself, while the lower half represents the starry outer space since the stage is located in space!
