With the release of the highly anticipated sequel to the hit video game movie nearing, a new partnership has been announced.
Build-A-Bear has announced that plushes for Sonic and Tails are now available for fans to purchase in stores or online, the characters based on their designs from the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie.

The plushes also come with accessories for fans to customize their plushes. It includes a gold ring, Sonic’s shoes, a Sonic & Tails-themed shirt, and a pajama. Fans can also add to the plushes a voice box featuring lines from the characters, in which it can get activated whenever the plushies are pressed.
A Knuckles the Echidna plush was also announced, but it was confirmed to be an online exclusive item, without a voice box. It is not available at the moment, but it was assured to be “coming soon”.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will be released in cinemas in 8 April 2022.
