Sonic the Hedgehog 2 set under construction in Langley, more photos from Downtown Vancouver shooting

A set under construction was spotted in a Vancouver township, related to the Sonic the Hedgehog movie sequel.

More Sonic the Hedgehog 2 developments continue to surface as filming continues in the Lower Mainland.

Set under construction in Langley

Langley residents have noticed that a set was being built near the intersection of Mary Avenue and Glover Road for the last few days.

The Langley Advanced Times reported that the temporary building, situated in the community of Fort Langley, was related to the Sonic movie sequel. Some local businesses were thrilled at the production being across the street, at it may creates local jobs in the area.

More filming downtown

Some more new videos and photos from the filming in downtown Vancouver have come to light as well, this one featuring more shots of the police car chase as we previously reported.

Instagram user Arianthi has managed to film some of the sets for the sequel.

Another photo showcasing a “Seattle” waste truck was also taken.
