It’s a well known fact that the market for mobile games keeps growing and is getting more relevant as time goes on. And according to some numbers, Sonic Dash is the hedgehog’s greatest hit on this market.
Thanks to data from Sensor Tower, it was shown that Sonic Dash has brought $10.8 million U.S. dollars in revenue from 290,700,000 downloads made during the last seven years.
Sonic Dash‘s numbers are impressive, if you take the numbers from other mobile Sonic games, and combine them, Sonic Dash’s numbers would still surpass them. The second mobile Sonic game that brought in most revenue is 2017’s Sonic Forces: Speed Battle.
Games that feature Sonic but don’t make him the main focus, All Stars Racing Transformed Mobile and SEGA Heroes brought $7.2 million U.S. dollars in revenue. Sonic Racing‘s numbers are unknown due to the game being an Apple Arcade exclusive.
