The world famous blue hedgehog returns to the hit game Fall Guys in a special event called Sonic’s Adventure, with new costumes, challenges, and a new level.
In the main show, titled Gotta Go Fast!, players can win special rewards by collecting points in the form of rings. In the usual Fall Guys fashion, the objective is to avoid elimination by collecting as many points as possible to qualify to the next round; all the while avoiding obstacles, like springs, conveyor belts, and vacuum tubes.
There’s three total rounds in the show, with 20 rings required to qualify from the first round, 35 rings required to qualify from the second, and 50 rings to win the final.
From there, players can obtain unlockables, like banners, accessories, and in-game currency. They will be available only for those that manage to get to the finish line in Gotta Go Fast!:
- Sonic Nameplate – 200 points
- 200 Kudos – 400 points
- Sonic Pattern – 600 points
- 400 Kudos – 800 points
- Sonic Sneakers – 1000 points
Sonic-themed costumes are also available for players to purchase for 800 show-bucks (the in-game currency) each, featuring Doctor Eggman, Knuckles, Tails, Super Sonic and the blue blur himself. As an additional bonus, the developers threw in a Sonic foot tap emote for fans to get.
The Sonic’s Adventure event in Fall Guys will be available from 11 to 15 August 2022.
