1 September 2022 – Fans will get an opportunity to play the latest selection of Sonic fan games, mods, and independent titles in the 2022 Sonic Amateur Games Expo, and viewers can experience the moment live with Tails’ Channel.
The expo will kick off with the Official Pre-Show Presented by Tails’ Channel, hosted by long-time Sonic the Hedgehog community personality and Tails’ Channel broadcast host Evan Tingle. Special guests include Garrulous64, RadicalSoda, and Rummy.
The event will be simulcast on the Tails’ Channel and SAGExpo YouTube channels on 1 September beginning at 8:30 pm ET.

As a response to last year’s pre-show telecast, Tails’ Channel and event organizers have agreed to a number of policies to create a better understanding of the production.

Application policy
Tails’ Channel and event organizers have agreed to use desktop capturing applications to facilitate the production of the Official Pre-Show. Due to the live nature of the telecast, Tails’ Channel does not guarantee complete reliability of the applications, and will not be responsible for any damages incurred directly or indirectly by the performance of the applications. Tails’ Channel and event organizers reserve the right to change the desktop capturing applications at any point to preserve the integrity of the telecast.
Scheduled between 1 to 9 September 2022, the 22nd Sonic Amateur Games Expo is the annual kaleidoscope of Sonic the Hedgehog fan games, mods, and independent titles.
