Onlookers have managed to spot and film more behind-the-scenes action for the highly anticipated video game movie, Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Second unit at “The Peak of Vancouver”
A second filming unit for the Sonic movie sequel was spotted at Grouse Mountain, a popular ski area located in North Vancouver. Led by director Peter Lyons Collister, the scene involved “lots of dogs” according to Olga Wolf.
Later, various onlookers were able to take a look at some of the filming at Grouse Mountain, and showed off the crew and dogs surrounded by snow.
Filming at Fort Langley
Meanwhile, preparations for filming in the neighbourhood of Fort Langley are underway. After residents spotted a temporary building under construction near an intersection, nearby businesses began to issue public notices that claimed filming will take place on 16 April, and again between 19 to 23 April.
